Tan, velvety convex cap. Stem was white with some brown streaks. Pores were yellow/olive in color and bruised slightly when marked. Mushroom was 8cm tall.

Imleria pallida is a species of bolete fungus. it was described by Charles Christopher Frost in 1874. The bolete was reported from a Mexican beech forest in Hidalgo, Mexico in 2010.
