  1. Well, looks like a type of Morning Glory (Ipomoea). It also seems to have a bug (maybe even a spider) and a few smaller ant-like critters in the center.

    There are similar flowers in Portugal sprouting wild every year, carpeting walls with their color. They may be originally from South America.

    I love them, so it is especially nice to see this pic of yours

"Ipomoea indica" is a species of flowering plant in the family Convolvulaceae, known by several common names, including blue morning glory, oceanblue morning glory, "koali awa", and blue dawn flower.
