Adreppus fallax Sjöstedt, 1921, the Common Adreppus or Stem Grasshopper is a grasshopper in the family Acrididae native to Australia. It's colours give it excellent camouflage on bark of trees, not unlike Coryphistes ruricola (Bark Mimicking Grasshopper), another common species from the same family.
