Is a marine, reef-associated goby, usually found in depths of 1 - 50 m. Tropical; 22°C - 27°C.
Distribution mainly in the Western Central Atlantic: Puerto Rico and the Lesser Antilles to Curaçao and Venezuela.
Max length : 4.6 cm. Dorsal spines (total): 7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 12-13; Anal spines: 1; Anal soft rays: 10 - 12. Head and body with two black stripes, one mid-dorsal and one lateral, the two separated by a narrow bright yellow stripe which commences on upper part of eye;.. more
