Sep 14, Buddy's Pier. This one was under a crevice because he was being cleaned by a tiny goby that you may see on top of the fish. These fishes were all over the different dive sites and have a beautiful yellow-purple color. They can reach 50 cm in size.

The Spanish hogfish, ''Bodianus rufus'', is a species of wrasse native to the western Atlantic Ocean, where it can be found from southern Florida and Bermuda through the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico to southern Brazil. It inhabits coral or rock reefs at depths of 1 to 70 m . While the adults feed on such prey as molluscs, crustaceans, and echinoderms , the juveniles act as cleaner fishes.
