In full color! I have taken hundreds of images of hummingbirds. This is the first one capturing its full colors reflected from the sun on a cloudy day. I was blessed to be at the right angle at the right moment for this capture. Unfortunately I was using a long lens and had to set my ISO @ 1600 to get my shutter speed up high enough as I was hand holding, hence the noise and lack of sharpness. Anna's hummingbird is a North American species of hummingbird. It was named after Anna Masséna, Duchess of Rivoli. It is native to western coastal regions of North America. In the early 20th century, Anna's hummingbirds bred only in northern Baja California and Southern California.
