Hello Albert, now then there is quite a few Kuki snakes your photo looks similar like the Eight -Lined Kuri Snake distribution all over Indonesia which has a yellow belly, just been reading up on the Kuki snakes and Cat snakes they give a very painful bite which needs medical attention at stat could lead to bleeding and secondary infection, a beautiful coloured snake Striped Kuki (Oligodon Taeniatus) found in Thailand Laos Cambodia Vietnam, thanks Albert a great photo.       And yes, their bites may not be venomous but still cause some issues because of its teeth.
      Good thing they are small sized snakes and rather shy, quite defensive and if left to themselves, are not likely to bite humans. I saw 2 different Kukri Snakes during this trip, and managed to get very close-up with them, spending as much time as I would like with them, without causing much stress to them.
