Pleurothallis colossus, the Giant Pleurothallis, is an epiphyte orchid occuring in Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and Ecuador in wet montane forests at elevations of 880 to 2400 meters. It is by some considered the largest orchid in the Pleurothallis genus.
