Paropsis lutea is the correct fit. This can be quite common up north but scarce in Victoria and I have only seen it in East Gippsland, Sale and Heart Morass. Notice the rather smooth verrucae on the elytra. Notice the clean patterns on the pronotum. Notice the large white scutellum.
