Peltoschema trilineata A small leaf beetle in the &#039;oceanica&#039; species group of the Peltoschema genus which represents the Coccinellidae mimics.  The oceanica aggregation are typically brightly colored, convex, ovate and glossy.      <br />

Peltoschema trilineata

A small leaf beetle in the 'oceanica' species group of the Peltoschema genus which represents the Coccinellidae mimics. The oceanica aggregation are typically brightly colored, convex, ovate and glossy.
Trilineata has three dark lateral vittae and four pronotal blotches of variable patterning. I have seen this species in east Victoria and Brisbane, Qeensland.
