Phyllotreta exclamationis

Very small (~1.7mm) Leaf Beetle that I didn't readily recognize as a Phyllotreta (those usually have white longitudinal marks over almost the full length of the elytra).

Phyllotreta exclamationis is one of the smaller jumping Flea Beetles of the tribe Alticini (formerly a subfamily in its own right Alticinae, now usually classified under Galerucinae).
