      Cool, thanks for confirming. I once saw one in the Pantanal, Brazil:

      Red Brocket (Mazama americana) It is quite exceptional for these forest deer to appear in the open field, so we were thrilled to capture this one from quite a distance. Brazil,Deer,Mazama americana,Pantanal,Red Brocket

The Red Brocket

The Red Brocket, is a species of brocket deer from forests in South America, ranging from northern Argentina to Colombia and the Guianas. It also occurs on the island of Trinidad in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
