    1. Well there is one place in the south-east of the country, where a guy lives right across some cliffs where a group of these bezoar goats lives. He has set up a little viewing platform in his garden and from there you can get great views of these animals going about their day. Posted 7 years ago

The bezoar ibex (Capra aegagrus aegagrus), also known as the Anatolian bezoar ibex, or Persian ibex is also known as a dağ keçisi by Anatolian locals. This ibex is a vulnerable subspecies of wild goat, native to Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iraq, Iran, Russia and Turkey. The bezoar ibex, if not the sole progenitor of the modern domestic goat, is at least its main progenitor
