    Here is a crop at a different angle to detail the actual bird:

    Long-tailed tit in Maashorst forest Sorry for the poor quality shot, I had the wrong lens attached. This is a high ISO crop. It took me a while to identify this bird. They are described as ping pong balls with lengthy tails. The remarkeable feature about this bird is that it is extremely social. Something I experienced whilst trying to capture one. They move through the forest in a group yet never leave any member behind. And as they sing and cheer to each other all the time, you really get a sense of direction on where you need to be. The Long-tailed tit

The long-tailed tit or long-tailed bushtit is a common bird found throughout Europe and Asia. There are several extensive accounts of this species, most notably Cramp and Perrins, 1993; Gaston, 1973; and Harrap and Quinn, 1996. The majority of relevant research has been directed at its social and breeding behaviour.
