Jumping Spider with termite kill - [Action -1] Last week, had been to Gunjur a small village at outskirts of East Bengaluru. Noticed great activity going on around a termite mound, it had rained last night. The termites were busy building the mound and there were many little predators like the one captured above and ones tagged with the link (Mantis & Spider), who were pulling the termites one by one to feed themselves
1. Nice work, Ganesh. It shows how many interesting scenes you can capture from even a small event or area. Posted 7 years ago

    1. Thank you for those links, that answers it all.
I have been observing this spider for quite some time now, wherever I see the one captured above (female) I find the colourful male one, also the ratio of male vs female, males are usually less (as per my observation)

Furthermore, there are males withe blue eyes and green eyes
The Colorful Lesserti Its the same day and same place when I shot https://www.jungledragon.com/image/53699/jumping_spider_with_termite_kill_-_action_-1.html
Again this was pretty close by the termite mound
