For now I'm assuming "India" but India is a huge country and I really shouldn't be assuming anything ...
It's a Clytrinae (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) close to genus Clytra. I found some images on the internet that carry the name "Diapromorpha turcica" but I do not have a key to check if this could be valid or not. Cheers, Arp
