  1. The wing pattern looks like Neurothemis ramburii but Cambodia is not supposed to be within it's range. According to this site and related report some specimens were found which have the size of Neurothemis fluctuans and the coloration of the wings look like Neurothemis ramburii. It is assumed that it is a colour variation of Neurothemis fluctuans. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the size of this one to confirm this observation.

    1. Thanks, WildFlower for the efforts to ID.
      Can't provide more info on the sizes/measurements and I don't think its even possible to get exact measurements when taking photos unless they are captured and measured with reliable instruments to get highly accurate measurements, which was not the objective when I was taking the photos.
