Blue Dragon
This is a male Phasmid from the species Achrioptera manga, he has very small red wings which he flashes to scare off predators.
Saw this at a friend's place who keeps them in their Butterfly Farm.
This species came from Madagascar.
Update : This species was newly described as a new species in April 2019, it was previously thought to be the same as Achrioptera fallax.
