  1. Still so strange for me to see, these outgoing squirrels. In the Netherlands and perhaps most of Europe, wild ones are very shy and not often seen. Posted 8 years ago
    1. I think these guys are naturally curious - this wasn't really a tourist overrun area where they probably get fed all of the time, so I don't think it's just habituation to humans. If you squeak at them they cannot contain themselves - they *have* to come close and look at you :p Posted 8 years ago
      1. That's exactly what I mean, it seems the wild squirrels are curious and outgoing in the US, which is not something I'm used to. Posted 8 years ago
