Tuberculated Phyllodesmium Nudibranch
This is a tiny Nudibranch (juvenile) Tuberculated Phyllodesmium - Phyllodesmium tuberculatum, they probably grow bigger in size. During the dive, it was hardly possible to see the two Rhinopores to make sure that I was looking at a Nudibranch as they mimics very well their soft corals food source. They are identified by the rounded tubercles on their cerata.
This species was recently described in 2009 and the type material was from Anilao, which is where I saw this one.

''Phyllodesmium tuberculatum'' is a species of sea slug, an aeolid nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Facelinidae.
