        Being on Jungledragon meant a change for me. Before JD I didn't care about the names of the things I pictured, just get the picture right was the idea. Now I want to know the name and the search for the right specie name makes me more and more knowledgeable about the nature around me. Also knowing that my pictures are valued at jungledragon motivates me to go out and make more pictures.

The Snout (Hypena proboscidalis) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in Europe.

The wingspan is 25–38 mm. The moth flies in two generations from May to September.

The larvae feed on hop, nettle and Ground-elder.
