Marmalade Hoverfly Macro 2/2 I was trying to capture this hoverfly in mid air but failed repeatedly. Then I tried it in landing position, but it kept flying away. Until I noticed how it always returned to the same spot. So I took my eye of the fly and fixed in on the landing spot. As this one is hand-shot, I used flash to better freeze the frame.
