Rose-winged Stick Insect, Phasmid This is a male Phasmid of the species Rose-winged Stick Insect, Phasmid.<br />
There are 2 colour predominant forms; green and brown.  The species can be distinguished from other Necroscia sp by the white stripe down the side of the prothorax and the mesothorax.  There are seven conspicuous white rings on the antennae.  The membranous hind wings are red, but occasionally specimens may be white. This is a male Phasmid of the species Rose-winged Stick Insect, Phasmid.
