    1. Would love to see it in the wild too, but they are critically endangered, with estimate of up to 600 of them only.
      They have a captive bred program in Mindanao with intention to release to the wild but those releases have not been very successful; one got electrocuted, one or two were shot by hunters/farmers!

The Philippine eagle , also known as the monkey-eating eagle or great Philippine eagle, is an eagle of the family Accipitridae endemic to forests in the Philippines.
