Can you find the Shrimp? This Starfish Shrimp - Periclimenes soror has its common name from the fact that they are mostly found living on Starfish including Crown of Thorn as in this picture.  They are small in size, usually around 1 cm, slender and with white band running head to the tail, or could be just plain single colour.  Their colour varies depending on the host Starfish, ranging from White, Brown, Orange, Red, Black, Grey and shades in between.
