Miniature Melo
This Miniature Melo - Micromelo undata is fondly called Bubble Snail, they are considered Snails because they still have the shell. They are considered 'uncommon' and from my personal experience, usually only sees them at certain period of the year and then you don't see them anymore for the rest of the year. When you see them, it is possible to see them in the same small area in big numbers

''Micromelo undatus'', common name the miniature melo, is an uncommon species of small sea snail or bubble snail, a marine opisthobranch gastropod mollusk in the family Aplustridae.

Oftentime, the beauty of tiny critters are only seen through photography, especially macro photography. Posted 8 years ago
