    1. I'm pretty sure that is just a slightly brighter-than-average female bobolink.
      I think there are 5 females and 9.5 males in this photo (the half being the tail on the far right).
      The females are the two on the bottom left, the one straight up from the lower-middle one's tail, the one flying above that one, and the one behind a male just right of center.

      There are a few other species in the area that have similar enough coloring though (especially to the females) that some of the birds (especially those that are partially obstructed by branches and/or other birds) are a different species. Most of them are Bobolinks though at least.

The bobolink is a small New World blackbird and the only member of the genus ''Dolichonyx''.
