  1. I was pleased to see this moth, previously I found a chrysalis in an old pot and placed it in my greenhouse overwinter, and it hatched into this chap! Posted 8 years ago

The Angle Shades is a moth of the family Noctuidae. It is a common and familiar European species and is often strongly migratory.
