    1. Apparently not, since it lives in a landscape made up mostly of sand dunes. I assume that like many other desert dwellers, it has something on the feet to prevent burning. I do know that penguins have special blood circulation in their feet to prevent their featherless feet from getting too cold when they stand for long periods in the snow or ice. Evolution is an amazing process! Posted 8 years ago
