Prevost Squirrel in the Jungles of Borneo
This beautiful squirrel came to an Orang Utan feeding platform in the jungle of Tanjung Puting National Park in Borneo to grab a snack before the stars showed up. Their coloration is amazing and you wonder how they don't all get eaten by predators! I would vote for this as most beautiful squirrel in the world. Anyone have other candidates?

Prevost's squirrel or Asian tri-colored squirrel is a species of rodent in the family Sciuridae. It is found in forest in the Thai-Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Borneo and nearby smaller islands, with an introduced population in northern Sulawesi.

Seriously though, can't think of a more beautiful one right now, although the flying squirrels are quite awesome too. Posted 8 years ago, modified 8 years ago
I've never seen a fly squirrel fly in real life, only in videos. Posted 8 years ago
