Paropsisterna vittata A second variation from Tasmania.<br />
Based on observation of similar species, it is likely that the beetle will darken over time.  This beetle was described by Blackburn as a mainland species and amongst the group of highly metallic species (nobilitata and gloriosa).  Vittata is not metallic.
