Irrawaddy dolphin
These threatened (vulnerable) Irrawaddy dolphin likes shallow waters, so are always seen close to shoe. This also means that they venture into the mangrove lined rivers in Sarawak. I spent a long time waiting to get a photo of a dolphin with the mangrove background. I am pleased with the result! :)

The Irrawaddy dolphin is a euryhaline species of oceanic dolphin found in discontinuous subpopulations near sea coasts and in estuaries and rivers in parts of the Bay of Bengal and Southeast Asia.
