Strings of dust?
This tiny string of dust is fondly called Lembeh Sea Dragon - Kyonemichthys rumengani.
It was discovered by a dive guide from Manado, Rumengan and eventually named after him.
Although it is around 2.5 cm in length, it is very scrawny, probably max of 2 mm in width, making it very difficult to find as they body usually collects dust particles, hence making it very well camouflaged among its surrounding. It also tends to sway its body, as though it is the substrate moving due to current or water movement.

"Kyonemichthys rumengani" is a species of pipefish native to the Pacific Ocean around Indonesia, where it is found at depths from 15 to 20 m. This species grows to a length of 2.68 cm, and is the only known member of its genus.
