The Five-lined Mabuya , sometimes called Rainbow Mabuya or Rainbow Skink is a species of African skink in the subfamily Lygosominae. ''Trachylepis margaritifera'' is also known as the Rainbow Skink.

The species has three subspecies:

:''Trachylepis quinquetaeniata langheldi''
:''Trachylepis quinquetaeniata riggenbachi''
