I'm a LEAF
This Leaf Mimic Katydid - Tympanophyllum atroterminatum can be highly camouflaged among leafs as the colours and patterns on their wings truly mimics leafs.
This Leaf Katydid was making very loud sound, using its front wings that have special structures, rubbing it together to make sounds. They hear these sounds with flat patches on their legs that act as ears. They also uses their forewings, bowing out slightly to create a resonance chamber that intensifies their calls.
