Jungle, Javan or White-vented Mynah?
Differentiating the mynahs is a real headache for me. I can never decide if they were jungle, white-vented or Javan. The common mynah has ironically taken a backseat to these newcomers in the Malay Peninsula. Anyone has major objections to my ID?

The Javan myna, also known as the white-vented myna, is a species of myna. It is a member of the starling family. It is native to Bali and Java. It has been introduced to other Asian countries, and as far away as Puerto Rico.

I think it's a Javan, rather than a Jungle. Even though the angle isn't the best for that particular feature, the bill does seem to be solid yellow, where it would have a blue base in Jungle. Furthermore the bird is a deep blue-black, whereas Jungle is generally paler-grey, with often a contrasting darker head. The vignette image for Jungle myna is a pretty good example of what you should look for in that species.
Finally, white-vented (which should be called great to avoid confusion, as the javan myna is also occasionally called white-vented) is ruled out as it would have a darker eye and more importantly, a much larger crest.
A look at the eBird barcharts for the KL Lake Gardens, which seem to be the most commonly visited spot nearby, does to tend to confirm my suggestion, with Javan myna being much more commonly encountered there than the other 2.
