A tiny skink gives me the stink-eye
This little guy was no more than three inches long, including its tail, but it could still give me a dirty look and disappear in a flash into a rock crevice. I spotted it just as the morning was warming up, so it was still cool enough to hold its position for a couple of minutes as I set up and took photos.

''Cryptoblepharus australis'', common name inland snake-eyed skink or Carnaby's wall skink is a species of skink in the genus ''Cryptoblepharus''.
