Spectacled parrotlet, Santa María, Colombia A remote shot of a Spectacled parrotlet in Santa María, Colombia. Wikipedia mentions it to be the smallest parrotlet in the world, weighing as little as 30 grams. Colombia has multiple sub species of this bird. Hard to see on this photo, but this is likely the female, for having a paler green head and lacking any blue.
