Sticky Couple
This is a pair of Phasmid - Parorthomeria alexis. They are a small species, Females around 5cm and Males around 3.5 - 4cm. Both are winged and capable of flights. As with other species under the family of Aschiphasmtidae, they can spray/secrete chemicals from glands behind their head, probably as a defensive feature.
The genus Paraorthomeria was recently elevated to genus level in a publication earlier this year. It was previously classified as sub-genus under the genus of Orthomeria.

It should be Parorthomeria and not Paraorthomeria.
