Clerid Beetle ( Lemidia cf. quadricolor) A beautiful small beetle about 12 to 15 mm long. Head and thorax were orange with a pale orange band. Elytra was dark with short stiff setae giving it a shimmery look. The elytra had narrow orange bands; one at the base of and two near the apex. The elytra did not completely cover the abdomen. Legs were dark. <br />
Possibly 6 to 7 antennal segment with the tips being club-shaped.<br />

  3. Sorry Ferdie but I could find very little on the Web about this Clerid. I could identify the genus but had help from an expert with the species.
