  4. Knowing this species you're definitely brave getting close to them! Driver ant species are generally well known for their aggressiveness REGARDLESS of what gets in their way. Wonderfully captured. If memory serves correct, many driver ant species are actually blind and work off a system of touch/smell which I think your images has captured rather well with the soldier and worker in contact with each other.
