After posting this picture to the Philippines Lepidoptera Group, I managed to get an ID of this Caterpillar and according to the Lepidopterist who specialises in Caterpillars, this is the first documented record of Argynnis (formerly Argyreus) hyperbius larva/Caterpillar. Update :

      I believe what I was told was that this photo is the first documented record of the Caterpillar in the wild.
