Stick Insect, Phasmid - Orthonecroscia laeta This is a female Phasmid of the species Orthonecroscia laeta.  She is bright green in colour with lateral bands of purple on her wings.<br />
The 3 red spots between her wings and abdomen are ticks/parasites.<br />
