I'm a Dragon! This is a male Phasmid of the species Diesbachia hellotis.  The male as full wings and capable of short flights.<br />

Diesbachia hellotis is a Phasmid from the family of Lonchodidae.
The males of this genus has full wings whereas the females have much smaller false wings.
Both males and females have spiny thorax.
