Common and widespread. Above the snow line this is the predominant species of Trachymela.

Trachymela regularis is a species of leaf beetle in the chrysomelidae family. Among Trachymela, this species has explanate elytral epipleura and regularly aligned verrucae. It is more common in montane habitats.
