  2. It is definitely a Euphonia, probably the "Orange-bellied Euphonia" (Euphonia xanthogaster) since it is commonly found in Peru and the photos on Google Images look just like this one! Posted 8 years ago

The orange-bellied euphonia is a species of bird in the Fringillidae family. They were formerly considered tanagers . It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela.
