Specked bush-cricket surprise This one had me fooled. I remember thinking what a strange eyes this creature had and tried several shots to get them in focus. The speckled bush-cricket is a flightless species of bush-cricket belonging to the family Tettigoniidae. The species was originally described as "Locusta punctatissima" in 1792.
