This is a Diamond Filefish - Rudarius excelsus, around 2 cm in size. It was hiding from the current among the sea fan and they use the mouth 'to hold' to the sea fan, this way, they don't have to swim.

  2. It can be tiring to face the current, and they don't have hands.
    Using the mouth to hang on is the next best thing :D
