Candy Crab - Hoplophrys oatesi Candy Crab -Hoplophrys oatesi is also known as Soft Coral Crabs as they are only found on the Soft Coral.  They are known as Candy Crab because of their bright candy colours of yellow, pink and white.  The bigger crabs will sometimes cut off parts of the soft corals and attached it to the back of their shells to make them camouflage better with their host.
