This is the female of Fulgorid Hopper, Chalia pulchra.
She has bright pink/red abdomen and green wings.
Males of this species are brown in colour, and have yet to be photographed, as they are only known from dried specimens in Muzeums.

    I cannot find this species on EOL or the Australian database (ALA)
    I am reluctant to make a species identification if it doesn't follow EOL.
    It clearly occurs in Australia as seen here.
